Daniel’s secret talent is that he makes excellent pancakes — from scratch. His son, Caleb, can testify to their overall deliciousness. Daniel’s favorite place is his living room at sunrise, drinking a cup of coffee before anyone else in the house has woken up. Once the sun rises, he is busy with a variety of community associations, political clubs, and, of course, the PTA.
