In a past life, Tony believes he must have been a chef. That’s why he is taking cooking lessons to perfect his skills in this present timeline. It also may be why he loves traveling to Italy so much — that and all the wonderful people who seem to just have life figured out. While he may not have life totally figured out himself yet, Tony does know what gift he would like to leave behind for future generations: an apple tree in the city.
