Catlen’s friends call him, “Cat,” which is coincidentally also the animal that he believes he was in a past life. In this life, Cat isn’t as content to hang around and snooze. He is always striving to be a better person and leave the earth a better place than he found it. He believes that failure is ok because it helps you learn and grow. Being able to see real results is the most inspiring part of his job.
