Joel is a licensed general contractor (GC) who considers himself a cross between Jason Bourne and MacGyver. He is mechanically minded and loves to solve a good puzzle. His proudest achievement is his family — 6 kids to be exact. When he isn’t working with the team at LivCor, you’ll find Joel and his crew enjoying a vacation somewhere near the Pacific Ocean. The beach is his happy place.
