Sarah is proud to call Chicago her hometown, but if she had to pick another favorite place to be, it would be Monserrate Palace in Sintra, Portugal. The gardens are like stepping into a Dr. Seuss book (look them up!). Sarah enjoys competitive sports. She is notorious for signing up — and egging on — friends and family for the latest race or local team. Her spirit animal is a monkey, always curious enough to try new things but never losing sight of its core values, like bananas.
